A few crackpots think Changelings are secretly trying to take over the world. The believe an organization called the Cabinet of Faces is a secretive cabal of changelings and doppelgangers working to sway major governments and enterprises toward some nefarious end. They think its goals and members are closely held secrets and the fact that few people in Eberron even believe in the Cabinet’s existence is a testament to their success.
